Alix is a wife and mom of three with a love for movement in all its forms. She grew up dancing in Keller, TX, studied Kinesiology at Texas A&M University, and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from UTSW Medical Center in Dallas. She has taught many group exercise formats, but loves Pilates for its universal application. She truly believes everyone could benefit from Pilates, in that strength and flexibility gained in class carries over functionally to every aspect of your life.
