How much do classes cost? Do you offer memberships?

Are introductory classes available?
Yes! Starting with an intro to Reformer Pilates class is highly beneficial for beginners. It provides a foundational understanding of the Reformer equipment and the core principles of Pilates, ensuring you use the machine safely and effectively. These classes offer personalized attention, crucial for mastering proper form and technique, and reducing the risk of injury. Reformer intro classes are $25, however, upon completion, you are eligible for a one-time new client discounted package of 6 class for $150.

What is the MELT Method?
The MELT Method is a unique self-treatment approach that aims to reduce chronic pain and help maintain a healthy, active lifestyle. Developed by manual therapist Sue Hitzmann, it utilizes simple tools like soft body rollers and small balls to perform techniques that rehydrate connective tissue and rebalance the nervous system.
