Certified Instructors

Not all pilates instructors are created equal! Our instructors are Certified STOTT PILATES Instructors. It is important to work with a qualified instructor to ensure you are executing an exercise correctly and that modifications are appropriate for your body.

We design our classes with each client in mind and strive to create a community where we can celebrate each other. We love pilates, and it shows!

Private Instruction

We encourage one-on-one instruction to review your posture, movement restrictions, and personal goals before taking a group class if you are new to Pilates. In addition, it is a great way to familiarize yourself with terminology and equipment.

Group Classes

Reformer Pilates classes are offered throughout the week and designed to educate clients on the principles of pilates and its application to movement.

MELT Classes

Join us for a guided and gentle full-body treatment that focuses on improving posture and alignment, flexibility, joint mobility and reduces the risk of injury, headaches, tension, and stress.

Virtual Classes

Virtual mat pilates and MELT group classes or private sessions are available via zoom and are reserved through Mindbody.
